I have so many people asking about my morning breakfast, I decided to type out the recipe and keep it in a blog this time to share easily! No, this isn’t my “only” breakfast - if you don’t find me eating this, then I have made a smoothie or oatmeal! But I would say this is 25 days out of the month. I just love it. I go to my local farmer’s market and find what is in season. This is my favorite go-to: 24 Carrot Farm in Placerville. I did find out they are closing in December for a month so I’m going to have to find somewhere else for a little bit! Here are my regular ingredients: 1 stalk Swiss chard 2 baby radish 1 carrot 1 garlic clove Small amount of high quality cheese 1 egg Chop up the chard, radish, garlic, and carrot. Keep the Swiss chard stalk! I eat it too. It adds a nice amount of crunch and tastes great. I use a Caraway pan on medium low or low heat. Add some high quality extra virgin olive oil.
